Turtle Bay Market Tenant Rights, Privileges and Terms of Service (ToS) (Dated September 11, 2009)
Small Stands w/25 Prims - L$75 per week (minimum 2 weeks per payment)
* Once you pay a rental box you will be automatically given a link to join the group. DO IT! You cannot set down items without group tag active.
* You will be given a notice approx. 3 days prior to your rental time running out to pay your rent.
* Once in the group you can change the sign face on your rental location.
You can set Turtle Bay as your 'home' if you wish.
You may create LM's (landmarks) directly to your stall.
You must keep ALL your items inside the confines of the booth. Nothing is allowed on top or to the sides or sticking out of the front of the
stall. Failure to comply with this rule will get items outside your stall returned without prior warning. THIS is the warning. :)
No adult content.
NO poofers, particles, automatic greeters/lm givers/group joiners, highly scripted items. Items with click to receive LM (landmdark) is allowed.
HOVER TEXT must be kept to a minimum.
LIVE pets MUST be BOXED. Boxed lives must be alive. Suspected dead pets will be returned without warning.
Items related to Petable Turtles, Ozimals, sionChickens, sionCorn only and no direct advertising of other markets.
Petable Turtle, sionCorn and sionChicken vendors are provided at the main TP for your & customer convenience.
Due to the laggyness of these vendors they are not permitted in your vendor stalls in the Turtle Bay Market.
Your stall may only contain YOUR MERCHANDISE. You may NOT have vendors in your stall for other merchants. No Exceptions.
YOU HAVE TWENTY FIVE (25) PRIMS to use. If you go over it you will automatically be sent a prim warning. If you do not remove the estra
prims, we shall sent back prims, to get you back down to your 25 prim allotment. These items wwill be found in your LOST & FOUND folder.
You cannot modify the stall. If you feel you require a large space, IM/NOTECARD Karra Babii for space availability and cost.
You cannot add to, or delete parts of your stall, or change the textures. You cannot add an additional building to the lot. I want to keep the
area looking nice for everyone.
TWO WEEK RENTAL IS ALWAYS REQUIRED. Increments are always in two week payments.
Aslong as a you remain a good neighbor and don't let your rent exipre, you can plan to stay for as long as you want.
NO REFUNDS if you vacate before your lease expires, all payments are final, and there is no refund if after paying several weeks in advance you
decide to vacate the property. So pay carefully. You tenure and rental amount is guaranteed for as long as you keep the rent paid up so there is
no need to pay many weeks in advance other than personal convenience.
No grace period if your lease expires. The moment your lease expires, the rent box turns from saying your place is occupied to saying it is for rent.
At that point, the next person who happens along can pay the rent and take over the premises. Your items will be returned to you. They will land in your
LOST & FOUND folder. If you're going to be away from SL for several weeks, be sure to pay enough rent so the lease won't expire while you're away.
Be courteous and respectful to both your fellow vendors and ALL CUSTOMERS.

EVENTS & MARKETING
Turtle Bay Market will participate in sim wide and grid wide events to increase traffic and vendor/customer participation & enjoyment.
Our sister parcel, Prim & Pixel Paradise has a lot of customer traffic that should result in interest in pets and traffic for your booths.
Turtle Bay Market Turtle Races will be starting shortly!!!
We provide a comfy social area, Turtle Bay Market Tavern, a nice intimate outdoor area with a firepit and cosy seats. Feel free to enjoy this area.
We are participatiing in the gridwide 7Seas Fishing Hunt. October 1 - October 31, 2009. You are welcome to add your products to the custom
prize server if you wish. For more information contact Karra Babii or Mairead Fitzgerald.
Turtle Bay Market Times (tm) -
We will publish a newletter with pertentinent info about SL breedable pets.
We will keep an updated list of vendors at the market and will gladly attach your special sales information.
We will distribute the newsletter to our groups and subscription customers and will also be available at the info board at the main landing zone.
A subscription unit will be available at the main landing zone and other places in the market.
There is a Turtle Bay Market Vendor group which allows you to lay prims and to give out notices, but these will only be viewable by other
vendors of our market. This group MUST be joined by vendors renteing stall here.
There is a Turtle Bay Market group for customers. We know many have limited group availablity, but it is another place to send out notices once
the casual user base grows in this group. This group is a voluntary join for vendors.
Adding Turtle Bay Market to your PICKS tab will significantly increase our ratings in the searches, so please add it and invite your friends to do the same.
This terms of service agreement is subject to change. Changes to the ToS will be sent to all vendors.
